EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE – 10 weeks
This class will give you tools to manage and overcome the powerful emotions of stress, anger,
depression, fear, and disappointment with current life events.

STRENGTHENING THE FAMILY- 9 weeks
This class will help you communicated more effectively with your spouse and children,
resolve anger issues and discuss how to provide a better home environment in which
the Spirit of the Lord can dwell.
